Mixly is an adults-only informational catalog and recommendation reference for hookah/shisha flavor mixes. Mixly does not sell, ship, facilitate the sale of, or promote the purchase or consumption of tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, or controlled products.

- feedback about recommendations, filters, favorites, and app usability;
- privacy, terms, license, or other legal questions;
- purchase or subscription questions if premium features are available in your app version.
Account deletion request
You can delete an Apple- or Google-connected Mixly account inside the app: Profile → Profile details → Delete profile and data. This removes the authenticated Mixly account and its private cloud state.
If you cannot access the app or account, email support@get-mixly.app with the subject “Mixly account deletion request”. Include the email address associated with Apple or Google, if one was shared with Mixly, and do not include passwords, payment-card details, or one-time codes. We may request information needed to verify the request and may retain limited data where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or law.
